nephron components, cut mainly transversely and obliquely, and
identify:
- Proximal convoluted tubules
- Thin limbs of Henle
- Thick ascending limbs of the
loops of Henle
- Distal convoluted tubules
- Collecting ducts
- Peritubular capillaries
- Vasa
recta
